Getting there

There are no direct international flights to La Gomera (GMZ). However, La Gomera does have a regional airport which is used by Binter, the local airline. These flights come in from Tenerife North (TFN), with connecting flights to and from Las Palmas (LPA).

Most charter and tourist flights terminate at Tenerife South (TFS) which does not have connecting flights to La Gomera. The most convenient way to travel from there to La Gomera is therefore to use the Ferry Services of Fred Olsen or Armas. The Ferries embark at the San Sebastian’s Harbour, to reach Playa de Santiago there are three options: a Taxi, a bus that leaves when the Fred Olsen’s Ferry arrive or, the most common option, is to rent a car from the harbour. The trip from the harbour to Playa de Santiago takes around 35 minutes.

We hope the attached interactive map will prove a helpful tool in your research and bookings.
